Glenwood has recently acquired the following properties:
A 405,677 square foot power center / community center acquired in 2004. Publix, Office Max, Books-A-Million, Chuck E. Cheese, Dollar Tree, Cato and Tuesday Morning anchor the center. The center is located at the intersection of I-185 (exit 6) and Macon Road.
A 56,630 square foot community center acquired in 2003. Food Lion and Dollar General anchor the center along with a freestanding Eckerd Drug. The center is located between High Point Road and Interstate 85.
A 84,694 square foot "Food City" anchored center acquired in 2002. A total re-development of this property began in the fall of 2006 that includes a new Food City Grocery Store (54,827 SF and approximately 10,000 SF of finished mezzanine area) and new retail space available beginning Spring 2007.
